About the lessons

In this class we will explore dancing, how to move efficiently and fluidly while becoming strong and flexible.
We will work on concepts as expansive self, partnering exercises as well as finding expansion in our minds.
We will work on different observation exercises, capturing the essence of the movement and on finding your voice in movement and maximizing that potential.
