About the lessons

Welcome to the Slackline and Balance club! Through slackline (balancing on a flat webbing attached to two anchor points), and other balance and coordination related activities, such as handstands, juggling, balance board and others, we will develop essential motor skills which will enhance both development and quality of life. Slackline is a beautiful activity which challenges us in various ways, both physically and emotionally, and teaches us the values and benefits of concepts such as patience, perseverance, calmness, breathwork and mental strength. It helps us overcome our fears, and gives us confidence in our abilities and our progress, focusing on the path, not the outcome. Slackline is also super fun and makes your whole body work out without you even realizing! Through different games, challenges and exercises we will develop our strength and our skills in slacklining and other balance & coordination activities, while always prioritizing having fun. Join us and balance it out!

Goals

  • Develop physical skill and strength through slacklining and other balance and coordination activities..
  • Develop a healthy and fun relationship with exercise, through acknowledging its physical and emotional benefits to our lives.
  • Release stress, relax.
  • Have fun!
