About the lessons

Primary: Little Chefs

Each week, children embark on a culinary adventure where they explore ingredients, discover flavors, and most importantly, learn the value of hygiene and responsibility.

High School: Survival Cooking

Learn the essentials of basic cooking to eat well without complications. With a simple and practical approach, you’ll master fundamental techniques and build a go-to menu that will allow you to cook for yourself anytime, with whatever you have in your pantry.

Goals

  • Develop Practical Skills: Enhance fine motor skills, practice following instructions, and build problem-solving confidence through simple and engaging recipes.
  • Integrate Responsibility Through Play: Establish good hygiene and organization habits by assigning collaborative cleaning tasks, making kitchen order a natural part of the fun.
  • Master the Essentials: Acquire fundamental cooking techniques, such as cutting vegetables, cooking pasta, rice, and eggs, and handling the pan with ease and confidence.
  • Build Your Survival Menu: Develop a repertoire of foolproof, quick, and budget-friendly dishes that you can easily prepare at any time.
