About the lessons

Through soccer kids will develop physical and technical skills related to football and body control.

Goals

  • Physical: To improve gross motor skills and coordination.
  • Technical: To learn how to do inside foot passes, first touch ball control and bilateral pass.
  • Psychological / Cognitive: To practice paying attention, focusing and respecting physical space.
